Hi,
We are experiencing the following error when we click on the ESS overview iview. 500 internal server error Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator but when the basis person reboots the server then the iview works for a short while then the error appears again.
We are using EP7, EEC6, NW04s
Our patch level is as follows: ESS/MSS u2013 patch 14. ECC patch 13
The Kernel level is 139.
Any ideas what could cause this problem?
Many thanks in advance

Hi,
We are using EP 7.0 SP15 and back-end Ecc 6.0 SP26.
We faced same error "500 Internal Server Error" Failed to process request when user clic on Leave Request Iview.
We fixe the problem. It's due to a conflit of periods.
- Employee ask some leaves requests : 26.12.08 to 26.12.08 ; 29.12.08 to 31.12.08 ; 26.12.08 to 02.01.09
- Manager validated the 3 requests.
On Back-end only 2 of them (1th 2nd) are on IT 2001.
PTARQ got an error on 26.12.08 to 02.01.09 period.
Manual solution : delete on IT2001 and process PTARQ error.
Have you another solution ?
Do you know SAP note / SAP solution to solve it ?
Many thanks in advance
