MRP : avoiding creation of scheduling lines ( ME38 ) on a specific date

Hi,

On October 27 2008 a factory working day, no one in the factory will be here to post goods receipts. I want the MRP not to consider the date of October 27 2008 and not to create schedule lines on this date.

Is it possible without changing the factory calendar ?

HI,,

For inhouse production material you have a option of changing the work center interval of available capacity,& you can make as a non working day(overrides factory calender option)

For F type material i am not sure anything other than factory calender changes.If you want to create sch line in a particular day then you can use planning calender for this.
