User Access to Test Plans

It seems that only the author of a test plan can see/ access that plan. Is there a way to "share" test plans so that other users in addition to the author can view and/or modify the plan?

Hi Judy,

Please check this with a different user other than the user that created the test plan.

1) STWB_2.

2) Click on "Favorite Management".

3) Click on "Add Favorite" button in the "Manage Favorites" window.

4) In "Person Responsible" column enter the user id with which the Test Plan has been created and click on Execute.

5) It will show up the different Test Plans created by that user. Select the required test pland and click on "Copy" button or press enter twice.

6) Then the test plan will be added to the "Test Plan Management" and the user should be able to view the plan.
