Hi CM,

Log on to: http://<host>:<port>/monitoring/SystemInfo

Provide Admin login and password.

Click on link --> All Components.

You will get the information on the patch levels (versions) of all the installed components.

You can download the latest SP from service.sap.com (SAP Service Market place). You should have appropriate S-user ID (license) for the download.

For latest available support pack info, refer: http://service.sap.com/swdc-addinfo

The latest SP available for NW Portal (EP) 7.0 is SP 17.

Hope this is helpful.

Regards,

Anagha

hi,

To get the SP level of your Portal then go to this URL

http://<hostname:portnumber>/index.html

and then you could see the System Information link,

If you have proper access rights then by clicking that you can get the system details like host name, port number and the service pack also.

If you are using EP6.0 then the info is available under System Administration-->Support and Version.
