Database Tables as an application

Dear Users,

I have an Issue:

I want to create 4 database tables for Employee.

Table1: Employee Data (Name, Birthday, Studies, certificates ...)

Table2: EDP skills (SAP, DP- knowledges, ...)

Table3: Projects (customer A , from ...to... )

Table4: Project details

How can I create this database Tables and make Connection between it in order to know witch Employee witch Project has done?

I would like to deploy this application later to the server in order to integrate it as an iview on Portal so that Employees can change and save changes Directly on Portal.

please gave me a clear solution or Idea if it is possible.
