Hi Experts,
Can someone please explain to me the concept of JUMP QUERIES.
Any documentation would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
Hi,
Jump Queries: This is also known as Report to Report Interface (RRI). Here, we have 2 queries that get linked up. One is a Sender Query and the other is a Receiver Query.
Define 2 queries and have a few characteristics in common.
Goto t.code RSBBS. Fill in the query from which you want the Jump, ie. Sender Query. Then give the name of the Receiver Query. Here, the queries are linked up.
Now, when you execute your Sender query, in the Context Menu (right click on the characteristic) you get the option of "_Go To_". On clicking that, a new screen opens up and the data from the Receiver Query is displayed.
Hope this helps.
