Dear Experts,

Please explain Service entry sheet Acceptance and Service Entry sheet Save.

1) What is the effect of Service entry sheet Acceptance only

2) What is the Effect of Service Entry sheet Save

Hi,

When u accept the service enrty sheet means it has been released for further ction and if you save only,service entry sheet will be generated.

When u SAVE only without release,PO history will not be created.

Hi Kiran,

If you accept SES and do not save, acceptance is not saved. Mean GR would not be posted.

If you create SES and save, SES is saved but Gr is not posted in background. GR happens if you accept and save.

To add to the previos post ,if you save an entry sheet without acceptance than no material document will be generated resulting in not flowing the value in MIRO.

After acceptance only u can possible save , after saving only Material document will generate from back end..

HI,

Suppose you have the service done..then for which you make the SES for the service done...Now in the service entry sheet there are few parameters like total Price, to check whether the services are really done or not etc...

Due to this the SES are firstly saved..and then released via authorised person...

HI

If there are 10 items in the service entry sheet then if u want to confirm only 4 of them then u can accept olnly these 4. the others will remain open which u may have to accept later.This is required as per the clients requirement.

The save button helps u to confirm the selected Qts and save the entry sheet.

You are accepting the Services by saving.

If you are using the release process for SES, then after saving it goes for Approval..

then the approval authority can approve or reject the Services...
