Hi Friends,

Whats the tcode to check income statement for the current period. I could check it for the fiscal year thru F.01.

Hi

Hope you are closing the period correctly and on that assumption,

You have the options as under :

1. As you said, run financial statement versions using F.01 or respective TC

2. Create the Work-list as Revenue combining respective GL accounts and use FS10n, run it will worklist Revenue- which will give summary of all periods separately and cumulative

3. use information system - period-wise, quarter-wise with comparison of actual/actual or planning /actual

using TC (ECC6)

a. S_PL0_86000028 - Financial Statement: Actual/Actual Comparison

b. S_PL0_86000029 - Financial Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison

c. Create Report painter reports as per your formats - of choice and group them together for getting all reports together.

This gives me the output in some weird format. i.e. in one output on one page. This is not what I am looking for. Is there any other tcode that can give me the required output?

In the output page

you can find "Call Up Report" Button

there you select Balances

In Call up report, I can see only these two options:

G/L Account Line Items

G/L accounts - transaction figure

Am not getting the required output. Please can u guide me.

Hi

It is better to write a customized report using ABAP.

Make sure you have selection screen such way that, GL Revenue a/cs range, company code, period and fiscal year.

Recently in our company we have done same. but we also include project, wbs etc.,

I am sure this will solve your problem.
