Hi All,

In our company we have to do invoices with different Qty Units, So we have created diff Print Layout Designers for each and every Unit.

for a Particular User when I tried changing PLD it is not accepting. Strange thing is it is not giving any error also.

Say Ive Changed PLD degrees to PLD Farenheat. When I select PLD Farenheat and say ok. and when I check Print Preview. the data showing e in PLD Degrees only.

Plzz Help,

Thankyou in advance.

Hi Dasari,

PLD has two sets of default to be setup.

1. By User: You can set for current or all users if you are superuser.

2. By BP: Same apply for current or all.

Be careful: whenever you setup by a single user or single BP even only once, you will find it is not easy to change it back to be covered by all.

Thanks,

Gordon

Hi,

Regarding how the default template is set in the system, there is a

detailed Expert Empowerment Session demonstrating this.

The session can be found via Service Market Place ( https://service.sap.

com/smb/sbo ) -> Education -> Instructor Led Training -> Expert

Empowerment Sessions. Type 'default template' as the Search Term and do

a search. You will then be able to find 'Print Layout Designer: Setting

Default Templates' session.

Please kindly go through the EES to see whether it is helpful.

Regards,

Gagan Thareja

Hi,

->Log in as ther user for whom the PLD template has to set.

->Select the PLD template for corresponding document

->Choose the option,Set as default for current user

This will set the default template for that user.

Note:All User should take care that while setting the default template for PLD,the user should not select set as default for all user

Yes I did but still it shows the same.

If I use "Set as default for all users" its not changing to another PLD, but when I use "set as default for current user only" This is changing to another PLD.

Iwant to use set as default for all users Option. & change the PLD.

Thankyou.

Does it shows any error?

Have you updated to latest patch?

Have you tried to set as default by logging in as super user?
