Dear,
I have scenario ,
THere are two company codes in which there are two different plants, one is manufacturing & ANOTHER IS Trading plant
They are putting inter company PO for sale of material between these two plants.
I am using planning strategy 10 make to stock production.
So my problem is that when i run mrp in manufacturing plant system should not consider inter company PO
SO THAT no planned will generated against that delivery schedule.
can you tell me how to do it

Hi,
As I understand system should create Purchase requisition for any materials required from another plant. Please tell me what is your requirement? I am not very clear with your question. Please explain in detail.
what do you mean by trading plant?? means one plant will manufacture and materials will be sent to trading plant from where it will be sold out??

i think, in the check group of MRP you can untick consider PO.
so it will not consider any PO (not only intercomany)
will that be helpful for u.
but as a consutlant, i will advice you what is happening is correct, why u want to change this things.
ask not to create intercompnay PO before there is stock for a material.

Dear,
My requirement is that i am selling goods from manufaturing plant to trading plant and from trading plant is sold to customer,so when trading plant raising intercompany po on manufacturing plant it should not consider in mrp run so that my manufaturing plant planning should not change.
because when i run mrp in manufacturing plant by putting plan in md61 system generating planned order for planned qty as well as for intercompany po,i want to generate planned order only for planned qty put in md61.it is make to stock 10 strategy

Dear,
You can setup a storage location to be excluded from MRP and this can be carried out using SPRO->Materials Management->Consumption-based Planning->Planning->Define Storage Location MRP per plant. When Purchase orders are created , include this storage location in the PO. This can also be defaulted by setting up storagre location in Material/Plant level view of Material Master.
Thanks,
