cost capturing

hi,

my scenario is this.REM

hw can we capture cost for washers which we used to fill the space while tightening the assemblies.

in BOM the component( washers) has some quantity.but in realtime in shopfloor people using more quantity to fill the space while tightening , and in some time using less no. of washers to fill the space to tighten.here to capture the exact cost for used washer in particular finished product is having problem.

so hw can we capture this cost

Hi,

to capture the cost of actual consumption of a component, you have to the do the goods issue for that exess consumption. after that system will calculates the traget vs actual cost and it shows the variance in the order.
