STO MD04

Hello Gurus,

I have issue regarding a STO it should appear in MD04 of supplying plant and receiving plant .

What abt the delivery done for this STO in supplying plant.

The delivery is not appearing in both the plants.

hi,

Did you check the stock in transit...you can chekc it from MB5T...

Then place iin storage in the receiving plant...and then check again,...

Hi Have you issued the goods(Done PGI) for delivery created?

stock in transit will appear in Receiving Plant

Hi,

You can see the delivery in MD04, if requirement is transfered from STO to delivery.

This transfer of requirement is depends upon requirement type. in turn with strategy group..

So Plaese maintain strategy group in material master MRP3 view or in configuration of MRP group parameters in following configuration.

SPRO>Production>Material Requirements Planning>MRP Groups>Carry Out Overall Maintenance of MRP Groups>Plant> Maintain -->Material group --> strategy group --> and maintain default planning stategy group.

After maintaining strategy group, you will find delivery in MD04.

Hi Suresh,

When PO is created, it appears in both plants. As a reciept in recieving plant and as requirement in issuing plant.

One delivery is created, There would not be any change in recieving plant but delivery will replace PO in issuing plant.

Once PGI happens, stock will reduced in issuing plant and delivery also vanish. recieving plant will not experience any change if confirmation is not being used.

Please tell me if you have any difference in behavior.

Hi,

Delivery has 2 items.

For second item delivery is shown in supply plant and for the first item it is now shown in MD04 of supplying plant.

Both PGI is not done.

Let me know your view on this.

Actually STO is appearing in receiving plant.

what abt in supplying plant.PGI is not done and the delivery is now shown in MD04 t code.

Please let me know what to see in selection rule?

hi,

You can see the stock overview in the supplying plant...it shd reduce by the qty which is issued....

Check the MB52 warehouse stock in the both...one shd increase and other will decrease....

Delivery has been created in supplying plant but PGI is not done so no goods movement yet.

Please let me know whether it should appear in MD04 in supplying plant.

Actually delivery is appearing for second item in supplying plant but it is not appearing for first item.

Both have the same status.

It will appear as soon delivery is created with -ve sign

in requirement list for supplying plant.

Delivery has got three items but for second and third item it is shown in MD04 for supplying plant and as well as receiving plant but not for first item.

what could be possible reasons.
