Error on creating the PDF file in 'Manage Impersonalized Forms'

Hi

Once i have created and uploaded the XDP file so that it appears within the 'Manage Impersonalized Froms' area, when i click create button to create the PDF download file i see the error . . .

Cannot retrieve template structure: Error creating PDF

Is this a configuration issue because i can't find a reason why i get the error.
