To change the logo follow these steps:
1) Go to <Drive default is>C:\usr\sap\< your db, CE1 is the default value>\J00\j2ee\cluster\apps\sap.com\xappscpmsm~strategymanagement\servlet_jsp\strategy\root\files
2) You are looking for saplogo.jpg there. Back up that file, rename, and save.
3) Add in your logo renaming that file as saplogo.jpg
(Note: Take care in the size of your logo. There is very little 'real estate' for logos in the application. If your image's dimensions are too large, the image will be cut off.)
4) Good idea to delete your Explorer cache, go to Tools>Internet Options>General, under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files.
