Excise Balances Upload

HI

In our client we are uploading the cutover data in a process of uploading the excise balances we have done it thru j_2IACCBAL but if i check at the time of month end utilisation my excise payable balance is showing zero balances.Kindly advice me hw to proceed with this issue.

Hai

If you upload thru J_2IACCBAL table excise balances will not upload.U have to add UTLZ Transaction type with with 01 Subtransaction Type and assign the excise payable accounts in excise account determination.

And also define the excise posting rules as per the entry we require.

Normally the entry would be :-

GL Balance Upload A/C Dr

To ED Payable A/C

To CEss Payable A/C

To SECess Payable A/C

It will work
