Vlauation Class

Hi all,

Stock to be displayed as New, Repaired, Free of Cost. For this requirement,

1. Can i create Valution Type as New, Repaired and FOC?.

2. Is it required to have separate valuation class for each valuation type wise?.

hi,

Valuation class is only defined inoder to have the posting for the amount in the respective account...so we do settings as per our requirement...

If the new valuation class is req. for the all above 3 then yes could can create....

Check the tcode OMSK and OMS2..

That's depends on your client requirement,you can use same valuation class..

Hi,

If u want to get the accounting seperately,you can have seperate valuation class and assign separtate GL accounts.
