Hi All

I want to maintain some information in vendor master, the information are

1) QMS system no:

2) Certificate No:

3) Valid Till Date:

To maintain the above information is there any configuration steps,field exit or user defined fields are available or not,Kindly guide me to meet the above requirement

SAP vendor master has fields for vendors QM system and a valid to date.

Both fields are located in the control view of a vendor master.

The QM system needs to be defined in customizing first, then you can choose the QM system from a dropdown list in vendor master maintenance.

fields are LFA1-QSSYS and LFA1-QSSYSDAT.

More detailed info, can be made in quality info records.

Hello!

If we wanna control more than one vendor´s certification, how can we solve this in SAP-QM?

For example, our vendor XPTO has a ISO-9000 until Dec-31, 2010 and has ISO-14001 until Dec-31, 2012.

We would like control both certifications and dates. But in vendor master data there is only one field to this.

Is there any solution?
