Configured Alerts - not working

Hi All,

The configured alerts is not working. Can anyone give me a step by step debugging procedure?

I have already referred Michaesl blog on this.

But how to find out whether any alert is getting triggered or not?

in SLG1 i didnt find any log message.

hi ,

i think if no entries r found in slg1 than there is some prob in configuration,

please check that u have assigned fixed recepient while defining alert category.
