Hi All,

Can any one let me know how to make the pic displayed in "trip" static and user specific.

Always 1 pic which is client specific....

Hi I am giving you what SAP says

Edit Graphics in BDN

According to the settings in the standard system, 24 graphics are displayed randomly in the initial screen of the travel manager. These graphics are stored in the Business Document Navigator (BDN).

This set of graphics is only displayed if you have not created any objects of the reference type 'Graphic' in IMG activity Create additional links for initial screen of travel manager.

If you only want to display individual pictures in the travel manager, you should store them (using the BDN object key) in the IMG activity Create additional links for initial screen of travel manager. These pictures are also displayed randomly. You have to create these new pictures in the BDN.

If you want to use an entire set of 24 pictures but want to replace some of the existing pictures, you can do this in the BDN as well.

Business Document Navigator

You want to replace one of the 24 standard graphics of the travel manager in the BDN:

1. Choose in the SAP Easy Access Menu -> Tools -> Business Documents -> Miscellaneous -> Business Documents (transaction OAER).

Enter the following:

2. Class name: PICTURES

3. Class type: OT

4. Object key: TRVPICTURE<XX>, where <XX> represents a number from 00-23.

5. Choose Execute.

6. Select the top node of the entry.

7. With a doubleclick choose document type Picture on the Create tab.

8. Choose the relevant graphic file.

9. You can change the entries for the picture in the dialog box that appears, then choose Continue.

10. After you have created the new graphic, select the old graphic and choose Documents -> Delete.

11. You have replaced an existing graphic with a new one.

You want to create (a maximum of 10) new graphics and then store them using IMG activity Create additional links for initial screen of travel manager.

12. Choose in the SAP Easy Access Menu -> Tools -> Business Documents -> Miscellaneous -> Business Documents (transaction OAER).

Enter the following:

14. Class type: OT

15. Object key: <No entry>

16. Choose Execute.

17. With a doubleclick choose document type Picture on the Create tab.

18. Choose the relevant graphic file.

19. You can change the entries for the picture in the dialog box that appears, then choose Continue.

20. You have now created the graphic in the Business Document Navigator.

21. Make a note of the object key and create an entry for this graphic in the IMG activity Create additional links for initial screen of travel manager.
