Hello SAP Experts,

I want to create one report in which i can found the PO created in the same month in which PR is created

OR

the date on which PR is converted to PO ( edited date) in the PR table

Hi,

Goto SE16. enter EBAN

Enter the purchase requisition number and execute.

In Menu, click on settings>formal list>choose fields.

Select the fields BANFN,BNFPO,BADAT,STATUS, EBELN and BEDAT

System displays PR status,purchase order number and created date.

no did'nt get what I want.

I want a report in which I can find the no. PR getting converted to PO & no. of PR that is not getting converted to PO in the same month.

I think there is no such std. report.

I just want the table with which I can create such report.

It can't be done only by eban,ekko,ekpo.

EBAN table will sovle your issue.

1) You want to find out the PR number which are converted to PO

2) PR numbers which are not converted to PO in same month.

use these fields BANFN,BNFPO,BADAT,STATUS, EBELN and BEDAT.

Take EKORG, STATU and period in selection screen.

In output screen take remaining fields.

If you want to display converted PO's

Selection screen enter Purhcase org, select the status B and enter period e.g 09/01/2008 to 09/30/2008.

Status(STATU) : B - PO created N : PO not created

I have tried with eban table, in this I will get the PO created till date.

But mine requirement is to find the PO created in the same month in which PR have been created.

But in eban table it is not executing with the limit date of both PO & PR.

Hi,

Selection screen : goto settings, click on fields for selection

BANFN Requestion number

BNFPO Item

STATU Status

BADAT PR date range

BEDAT Po date range

1) Enter status B(PO created), enter PR date range 09/01/2008 to 09/30/2008.

system gives list of PO's created in that month.

2) enter status N (PO not created) enter PR date range

system gives list of PR's which PO not created.

Output screen : Goto settings > format list> choose fields.

BANFN

BNFPO

BADAT PR date

STATU Status

EBELN PO number

BEDAT Po date

Hello,

In this case, for BADAT from 1.09.2008 to 30.09.2008

it will even display the PR for which PO is created on 4.10.2008 i.e even in the month of oct.

My requirement is that, it should display only the PO created in Sep month.

If i will put the limit range for PO Date then table will not display the PR which are not converted to PO

Helloo,

Use some logic

If you want to display PR which are not converted to PO. no need to enter date range in PO.bcoz PO's are not yet generated.

just enter value in status "N" and PR date range fields.

If PR's not converted there, system gives list.
