Hi Nitu ,

Some time in prod order while backflush or any goods movement because of less stock system will generate GM error which you can also see in production order .

This error can be managed in COGI may be by changing storage location which has sufficient stock .

Hi,

If any error occur during goods mvt, system will post the error in COGI. When do GR, due to nil stock of issue material, system will do GR without goods mvt.It is mainly deficit of unrestricted use stock of issue material.

After making stock for lower level componenets, you can process this error in COGI. Now goods mvt will post & error will vanish.

Hi,

We use COGI to check & clear error record occured during backflushing or automatic goods reciept.

When we use auto GI (Backflush) & Auto GR in production order then some time some goods movement may will get failed due to some reasons. So at that time these failed goods movement records will be captured by system & can be viewed in COGI transaction.

You can check detailed description of error by individual record here & can reprocess it as per error.

COGI is the error list of automatic goods movement.

1.If the order confirmation time the goods issue 261 movementis not happend due to lack of stock in storage location,not mentioning the storage location or not mentioning the batch or teh posting periods are past.

teh system will not perform the goods movement and it send this as error into COGI.

2.IF teh GR 101 is not done proper ly due to above mentioned some errors it goes to COGI.

after doing the confirmation, when we check tehr eis some error in goods movement , so we need come to COGI t-code and need clear teh errors accordingly and save . so the error gets cleared and Goods movenbnt will perform withot errors

Using COGI transaction we can get the details of the failed backflush during production order confirmation
