HREIC_VP customization

Hi,

Can some one help me with steps to customize BSP Application HREIC_VP?

I got this requirement from my friend... I have knowledge about CRM IC WebClient, and i think this is similar to that.

If my assumption is right, where do i find the screen on SPRO where I can substitute the new controller? and also what are runtime and design time repositories for this?

Hi,

You can create your own BSP application (usually copying from HREIC) and change the layout of the view and the implementation class to new names you desired. Finally you can replace SAP views and implementation classes with your own views and implementation classses by going through the IMG steps:

1. Employee Interaction Center- > Interaction Center Web-Client -> Customer-Specific Adjustments -> Define Runtime-Framework Profiles

2. Employee Interaction Center- > Interaction Center Web-Client -> Define

Profiles for Interaction Center Web Client.

For more information on how to make customer-specific adjustments to views/custom controllers of the IC WebClient without modifications, you can check SAP Note 882476.
