Is there any way to list (t-code/report) all users using a particular t-code??

Do you want to get the list of users with the authorisations to run a particular t-code ?

or

Do you want to get the list of users having run a particular t-code during a specific period of time ?

You have already got the answer to the first question.

For the second question, you can use t-code ST03 --> Memory Use statistics --> Transactions tab

Then you please go to first option user in that select " Users by Complex Selection Criteria " under select " By Transaction Authorizations"

You wil get the details

execute tcode SUIM --> user information systems --> users --> users by complex selection criteria --> by transaction authorization, provide tcode and execute the report.
