how to release fields filled up automatically in query selection criteria

Hi

One of the user is accessing a Report on "Balance Sheet " and is executed automatically without any selection with the following parameters:

"Compcode: X",

"Pcenter: Y",

"posting: 0 to 9",

"year: 2008".

´I would like to release the corresponding fields.

I have tried selecting fresh query from workbook as sometimes it picks up the saved version from history. but its the same.

Also I have checked that there are no default variables in the variables.

Anyone have any suggestions how to remove those parameters.

Thanks

Hi,

1st check is there any restrictions to that particular fields, check variables and also see ,is there personalized variables. remove all those and run the query.

Hi

The user cannot change the filled parameters, but when I open the query its filled up for me as well but I can change the parameters.

There are filters for controling area and fiscal year variant.

How to check about global filters?

Thanks

Hi,

you can check if these are popuöated through customer exits.

there you can search for the variables if uysed in the queris.

Also these can be global filters on the query...just check.

Hi,

In the query execution>you will get variable screen> in that select on arrow mark icon--> you will see 3 tabs in that you can check.
