Solman down after applying oracle patches

Hello SAP Experts,

We have installed solution manager after which we applied Oracle patches. But now the disp+work is stopped. And we cannot make solman up.

Oracle is getting connected. We have performed the upgradation of catupgrd.sql and utlrp.sql

I welcome your valuable inputs

Hi all,

It got solved. Actually sapsr3 user got locked. so we unlocked it and after that r3trans -d > restart MMC and its working fine.

please check whether R3trans -d is working? check trans.log and dev_disp, dev_w0 log files. also check sap start log file. if possible paste the log here.
