At what level master data's will create ie g/l mater data, customer master data, vendor master data, material master data and bank master data, company code level or client level?
if its client level whats is the main reason?

At both levels . Some information would be common for every company in client. For example. For vendors, banks, customers, information such as adress, would be common for every company. For gl acount, number of account would be the same for every company. And every company code would have specific information for master data. Example, the vendor master in a company code could have a different reconciliation account in different company .

for example GL master can create chart of accounts level and can be extended to number of company codes.
Customer master sales organization level and can be extended number of company codes level.
in one client there could be number of company codes.
so in both ways we can do it

all master datas that is g/l, customer, vendor, asset, bank, material master datas are created at company code level. because they all are related to particular company code only.
