We are not able to view Dependants data while checking enrolled Benefits Plan on ESS. Is there a standard way to do this or we need to create a new page and link to show the same?
Uhmmmm.....you should be able to SEE the dependents for benefits enrollment/review. However, to MAINTAIN dependent information, that is a separate ESS service.
But my problem is that: we are able to maintain the dependants data in ESS and we even select them while enrolling for any benefits plan.
After enrolling, when we go to the link participation details for one of benefit plans where we have enrolled in, it doesn't show us all the dependants whom we have picked while enrolling for benefits plan.
