Automatic Schedule lines generation for a Scheduling Agreement

Hi all ,

Is there any standard report of functioanlity available

to genarate the Automatic Schedule lines for a Scheduling Agreement ( LPA ).

What is the basis for defining the Quota in Quota Arrangement.

How is base Quatity decided for the manual process and the

collective process.

Hi,

I think the Schedule lines cannot be created automatically. Only scheduling agreemnt can be created.

For schedule lines, Try maintaining Creation Profile and check if schedule lines can be created automatically.

For Quota Arrangement maintenance,set Quota indicator in Purchasing view of material master.

For Base quantity you can enter how many quantiites you have already procured from the Vendor.

If new Vendor,enter some minimum quantity you want to order.
