Asset Settlement by amount

Hi

What i would like to know is why cant you settle by amount by selecting

all the line items for the AuC and settling a portion of AuC amount to a few fixed assets. This can by applied by settling for percentage but not for amount - e.g.

AuC = 1000 and you want to settle to fixed assets 1101 and 1102. The values for 1101 is 200 and value for the second asset is 350.

If I try and settle the asset, I receive error message KD559. Can someone perhaps give me an alternative for the scenario above or how i can work around this error

Thanks for the feedback.

I have tried that as well as changing the customised settlement profile we created and it does not work unless i settle to one asset at a time. When i try and settle to more than one asset by amount, i receive the error again.

Is there something else i need to do or missing perhaps?

Hi

you must change the settlement profile AI with OKO7 and flag the box for amount settlement.

Standard configuration is % and equivalence numbers.
