Hi All,

I have a requirement wherein i need to send the quotation to the creater (end-user) after when he/she ( end user ) has created using VA21 transaction. See my requrement is that when user create quation using VA21 and save it then d mail should b sent to the user who has created that quotaion.

What are possible appraoch to implement it ?

First Don't use shortcuts: d, b etc.

you can try with workflow, from workflow you can trigger a mail when ever the quotation created.

Hi Vijay,

I am new to work flow . I have never tried it but is it possible for u to send me some material on how to create workflow for requireemnt?
