Incentive calculation....a Challeging snenario

Hi All,

how can we calculate a performance incentive....where...the incentive will be calculated based on ...1) Quantity of product sold ...2) Profit margin on the product......3) for a given time validation....

These calculation criterias also chages as per the sales schemes...eg "Diwali Dhamaka" is differnt scheme for calculation of incentive...and "Indepedence day special offer" for incetives will have different combination of above citerias.....

Pleaase help ...

try to use user exits if possible. else create a abap report which calculates the incentives and push into infotype 15 for eligible employees.

Most of these requirements can be configured into Incentive and Commissions management(ICM) solution and it provides a calculation engine w reporting capabilities on earned commissions.

It has a standard adapter to both HR and FI-AP/AR... so you can use it for internal as well as external sales staff.
