Hi,
MS office 2007 is supported as of Business One 2005 A SP01 PL 30 and for 2007A PL08
To resolve the issue, kindly follow these steps:
Please note that all these operations should be carried out with the
same user with (Domain-) Administrator authorisation.
1. Uninstall XLR completely.
2. Delete Meta DB, but do not touch tables and or views in productive
DB
3. Uninstall Office 2007
4. Install Office 2007
5. Open SAP Business One and install XL Reporter.

When did you installed your MS Office and what version is it?
If you install your Office after XLR, you have to reinstall XLR.
Thanks,
Gordon

Dear,
Please try to confirm whether excel was installed on server side or not. If there is already excel application was installed in the server side, would like to recommend you to reinstall excel application in your client.

Hi,
Have you tried installing from other units? If success then the unit you are using might have a problem on the OS, please verify.
Thank you very much.
