Hi,
In the current BDC programs, we are using TXT files for upload.Now client wants to upload excel files. How can i do it?

it is better to use TXT file.
Excel file used as template and TXT for upload.
Still u want to use excel,ABAP Consultant need to modify the programme accordingly.
Better u post this issue in ABAP Forum
You have to modify the Upoading file format in the BDC program..It should consider Excel instead of txt format..
