idoc status 03, but it is not dispatched to other XI server.

Hi all,

idoc is not sending.

it is successfully got status 03. but still it is in TRFC queue. how to get idoc from TRFC queue.

anybody help me.

Hi,

Check if your RFC works fine. Go to SM59 click your RFC and test it.

Also please ensure Partner Profile and Distribution Model is correctly applied. As Idoc has 03 status should be working, though. In Partner Profile see also if Idocs of this basic type are to be "collected" or "transfered imediatelly"

Thanks for your reply, i have check already what you have mentioned..everything is fine.....

i have also checked sm58..there it is showing the status "SQL Error in database when accessing... ".

i have also checked BD75...here idocs are in TRFC queue..

let me know how to get these idocs from TRFC queue...

run the program RBDMOIND it will change the status from 03 to 12

HI,

There could be many reasons for the IDOC going into tRFC queue. But what is the error thats shown there. Is it triggering a workflow or someother function module. In case it is triggering some function module:

Check in XI whether the metadata is being properly imported in IDX2 and SXMB_IFR.

See the partner profile configuration in IDX5.

Many a times this happens if the metadata is not imported properly in IDX2.
