Multiple workitem for single user
One of manager try to approve a workitem in his UWL. Instead to show 1 workitem in his UWL, it shows multiple workitem. What could be cause the problem?
our portal running on version 7 and on sp15.

Can you check in your UWL config file as to how many entries exist for that particular task. If there are more than two then do delete one of them. If you have not manually created your UWL config file, then go to SWFVISU transaction and see if there are more than one entry for the task related to this workitem. If there are more than one, then delete one of them. This will resolve your problem.
