ECC 6.0 error

Hi Gurus ,

We are now installing the ECC 6.0 witn Oracle 10.2 in windows 2003 x64 Edition . During installation of ECC , It showing the error like below i mentioned .

Oracle Software not installed. Install Oracle software before Continuing .

Kindly advice me .

Hi,

First check if the DB is up and running, if the DB is running and your facing the same problem,

May be your oracle have not installed properly, need to re-install the DB and apply the Ora patches provided by SAP.

I installing a AMD64 version of oracle , Now working fine .

Hi,

Before installing SAP on windows first you should install the database and then SAP. Read the installation guide in service market place.

service.sap.com/instguides.
