How to attach drawing in P.O for item categ subcontractor?

Hai Experts,

I have a doubt when creating Purchase Order with item category sub contract (ie,L) ,here i need to attach the drawing for them .I know how to attach ,to say in bottom of item level one icon is there for document .For this what are the steps, i mean if any backend settings aswellas front end to be maintain pls give me the suggestion .Thanks in Advance to all. pls reply me ASAP.

HI

You can attach a file in SAP for which you need to configure the DMS. I.e Document management system. Only then its possible.
