Quality Inspection in QA32

Hi all,

while doing quality inspection in qa32, when user selects the lot and press button 'Results', system is giving an error that "Chracterstics results cannot be recorded for inspection lot".

Please suggest that what is missing? this is a new material code. I have set inspection plan in qp01 and also done settings in material master for quality. Please suggest that what is the problem.

Hi,

Check whether Inspection Lot is in Crtd status.

If yes then first go to QA02.First assign Inspection Plan to it and then calculate the Sample qty.It will change the Lot status to Rel.

Then only you can start RR for that Inspection Lot.
