Hi PP Experts,Can anybody tell me how I can get total number of entries of FERT material in MM60.e.g 1500

Hi,

Try this.

Go to MM60. Execute according to your selection. Once the list is displayed go to Menu List --> Export --> Local file --> Select format as spreadsheet, specify location on your local disk and generate file.

You can easily find number of materials.

I guess this is the simplest way to fulfill your requirement. If you just want to count number of material this should be good enough.

You will get in

Check in MM60 Transaction you get the list of

Material type-Material Group--Material Combination for the Plant

Or IH09

Also you go to se16 and give the table name MARA where you find the list of all materials as per the selection you make

Another way is to execute report RMMVRZ00 in transaction SE38 to meet your requirment

Raja,

There is no option for counting in MM60. Probably you can save as Excel file and do that or take this data from MARA table. If you need specific to a plant then you need create a query using table join combining MARA with MARC tables to take the data.
