How to configure workflow?

Hi experts

We use workflow to trigger the new part setup and send mail notificaiton to end-user . Now we hope to

add some content and subject for that mail notificaiton.

Which tcode could config and setup workflow notificaiton ?

Hi Alice,

You can use following TCodes.

1. Use SWDD after entering....it will go to that particular Work flow which will display Work flow sketch / diagram.

2. Double click on that node where you want to ammend the details.

3. It will open a new window frame, where we can see the task description link, click on that and it will take you to that particular detailed screen.

4. Click on the Tab DESCRIPTION and enter your draft as per your requirement.

Thanks for your help. I find the node which need add the &description&. field. Now

the quesiton is how to link the description field into workflow.

How to add a container Item for the Material Description and then reference it in workflow?

Then I could add it on one node as parameter &description&.

Thanks for your hlep. Now May I query one more ? We input mateieral in one form, then I found in workflow, In one step, it set the parameter &matieral&,. then we send mail , it will use this for the subject,

Now we need add matieral descritpion into mail subject? How could we link the field content into workflow?

Do I just need setup the new parameter in workflow? How does it need link to the description field ?
