Hello Expert,

I have generated the query to fetch imp information with fields taken from VBAK and VBAP tabe, i could only fetch Sold to party and ship to party numbers from these two table, i would like to have Sold to party name and Ship to party name in the report, for SOld to party and ship to party numbers of Sales order.

Please let me know how can join the table or which table i should use in in order to get SP and SH name .

Note : I tried using KNA1, the system did not pick SP and SH name

Dear SAN007,

Actually , you should take name1 from ADRC by putting address number , address number you will get from KNA1 by putting shipto party .

Just try manually and do query.

The field name NAME1 is being stored in many tables like KNA1, KNVK, T850K, ADRCS, CMDT_ADR etc.

Check with any of the above tables.
