change password on EP7 and related issues

When an EP 7.0 user forgets her password, we want her to provide her email address. After verifying her

email address, EP7 sends a generated password to her by email.

Clients want to automate above procedure without any code , i.e. via configuaration only.

I do not think it's possible w/o coding. Can somebody confirm? Thanks!

hello,

in the UME administration of the java stack there is an option for the

automated password reset feature

and one needs to configure the options

ume.notification.admin_email

ume.notification.mail_host =

ume.notification.system_email

Is this what you are looking for ?
