Unable to Run the Crystal Reports Server XI R2 SP4 file

Downloaded crsxir2win_sp4.exe twice from SAP site. Each time I try to run the executable, I get the following error message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I am logged on the server as Admin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also, how do I know what version of CRSXIr2 I am currently on? CMC says, 11.5.3.438, what service pack is this through?

Hi Jeff. Had the same problem, had to unpack the .exe file using WinRAR (www.rarlab.com). That will extract the files and give you the standard setup.exe that you can run. When I mentioned it to a tech support rep, was told it's a "known issue."
