Print Template Defaults keep changing

I have a client using SAP 2005 A PL 44. The printing defaults that they set for each marketing document will randomly change back to the system defaults. None of their employees have admitted to changing the defaults themselves. It has happened to them at least 4 times in the last 2 months. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how is it corrected?

They will be upgrading to 2007A as soon as note 1161852 has been corrected.

This would happen when only the user set the pld as default for all users.

You can apply authorization for PLD,inorder to prevent user from changing the Default PD template

Hi Phil,

I doubt it is a bug in the PL you are using. It has no problem even at the earlier PL. The Print Template Defaults could not be changed by their own. Are there anyone set the default for certain BPs or certain users before? There are more options you can set for the default PLD. When you set them for individual use, it may not be affected by global change.
