Sorry if this is a duplicate but I tried the wiki and the reference tools and could not find this information or even how to describe it. We are viewing Crystal 10 reports via the BMC Remedy application which embeds the Crystal ODBC drivers for Remedy and lets you launch and view a BO/Crystal report live.
On the left side of the page is a list of the returned records; depending on how their grouped you see a value with a plus sign in the margin. Clicking on the plus sign displays subgroup values, much like any standard windows interface.
Is there a way to have all these subgroups displayed upon open of the report? Customers are complaining that they must click on each plus to reveal the subgroups nested beneath.
