How to cancel AE request that is on hold


How to cancel a request in AE that is on hold and got escalated. Both the initial approver and the escalator are not able to cancel it.

The request has crossed the approval deadline.

You can access the Configuration tab under Workflow --> Administration on the sidebar. Search for the request and cancel as necessary
