COBRA Termination Letter

Hello,

I need to get additional plans (infotype 168, Insurance Plans) on the COBRA Termination letter. Right now only infotype 167 shows up (health, dental, and vision). We need the insurances to show (AD&D, Life, etc...).

Any ideas?

Have you already setup the health plan in your system?

Yes, all of the plans are setup. I found a user exit that is called just before the letters are printed so I am going to try to manually add them (I am an ABAPer). However, I assume that it is possible to do this through configuration. Is it possible through configuration?

In the SPRO, please check under COBRA sub-section whether you have setup the COBRA relevant plans or not. You also have some Form Setup config too.

Only the health plans are available for selection. No other plans are available; that is my issue.

Looks like as per the standard SAP, it allows only the health plans defined in the system to be COBRA-relevant.

As you want to add more plans, I believe User-Exit will be the only option.
