Hi ,

I have maintained condition record for o/p type MLGR with partner function "BU"- Buyer. But system could not found out the condition record.

Moreever where we will assign the userid or email id for the buyer?

It works well if i maintain the condition record with partner function "ZP" - which is of type "MP" mail partner, where i am maintaining the user name with the condition record. But then system sents the message to only one user irrespective of the purchasing group.

Hi

you can assign the Purcahse group to the buyer in SU3 transaction with parameter ID

EKP - Purcahsng group

The mail id will be determined based on the user id

Thanks for you reply. However i could not achive the result. Can you please explain which partner function are you using in the output type MLGR and how are you maintaining the condition record for MLGR?

Hi

We generally use the Partner fumction MP - Mail partner. Maintian the Condition record using MN21

Slect the Key combination GR output , maintain the GR message as yes & maintain the Partner function MP

Medium will come as 7 & Despatch time as 4

Save the Condition record.

Ensure at the time of PO creation GR message is flagged in the PO header in Delivery / Invoice tab

once the GR is done the message to the PO creator will be sent.
