Hi,

User changed Address number of the customer which is not showing up in the Deltas.

I have seen that change in the RSA3 extractor, but cann't see that in the delta queue.

So, when I run the deltas for customer master, I cann't get that data in BW.

Can someone please help me on this?

Thanks in advance

Priya

Hi,

if you have the list of the customers which are having the wrong values then do a full repair for these customers till the DSO if you have a DSO in the middle of the master data and the data source.

You can check here in the DSO as well as in the PSA of the customer of the data source iafter full repair f the changed values are appearing or not.

Atleast try for one customer and check.

If you see the desired values in the PSA or the DSO then schedule a delta after this to the target.

Thanks

Hi,

Customer master extractor will not show records in the delta queue in R/3.

Go for the PSA of the data source after the load if you are loading through it and then see if you are getting the changed records. If its hsowing up in RSA3 then it should be there in PSA.

This will help u in analysis.

Thanks

Thanks Ajeet,

Data was updated on 02/13/2008 .I looked into PSA for the entire month and couldn't find that changed record.

How to get that change into BW now?

Hi Priya

Delete init request on infopack scheduller then do re-init then it will pull the changes.
