Printer Tray selection option in SAP

Hi Guys,

The requirement is like this

Client wants the printer to take the papers from Tray 2 when print is gievn from SAP & from other applications it should take papers from tray 3

In tray 2 they will keep special papers for printing shop floor papers

We cat do the printer set up like default tray as tray2 becaouse if normal print out is given from MS word (for ex) then it will take from tray2 only,which is not desired

In SAPD tcode-Under "Output attributes tab" i found Paper tray option-here i selected tray 2 but it's not working for me

I dont know if i'm missing some thing here

Pls help me out in addressing this requirement
